Hi Rahul, August is the time of the southwest monsoon which brings a lot of rain to the southwestern part of Sri Lanka. The temperature is between 25 to 30 Celsius. Avoid the southwest parts of Sri Lanka during August. You can still visit Colombo, Kandy, Ella, Nuwara Eliya and Polonnaruwa.
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
It usually is but based on the current weather conditions in J&K it wouldn't be advisable as it's mostly off roading and off roading for so long in rain is not an experience that everyone's up for.
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Spiti can be visited all around the year if you are ready to accept the weather and road challenges and may be rain too. All you need to carry is love for travelling and exploring in any way :)

Yes you can rent bike in Kasol. Also one of the cheapest way is hiring a cab or car which would also cut down your travel time than the bus.

Hi Nabila, Karlsruhe is close to the borders of France and Switzerland. I recommend you head to Zurich for a couple days before moving on to Liechtenstein, known for its medieval castles, alpine landscapes and villages. Thereon, go to Milan for a couple of days. Spend your remaining days in Paris. This way you will be able to cover four distinct countries in 10 days.

Hi Prianka, generally speaking Varanasi is safe for girls. Although, I highly recommend you stay vigilant at all times. Avoid walking alone in the night. And, be wary of drinks like chai and lassi. They sometimes contain bhang and you may feel a bit hazy.

April to Oct is best time to go. if you are planning now it is best as after Oct it becomes too cold and few places like lake and garden can't be visited. Srinagar house boat book it there itself. If you are planning for gulmarg please book gondola tickets beforehand as if you try to book on spot you have to wait in huge queue. Other places are Pahalgam,Sonmarg (zero point),Sinthan.

Bhangarh in actuality is a ruined archaeological site with many folklores running around. It seems to be gaining some commercial mileage now a days as buses full of tourists visit this place to feel the spookiness. 2/3 temples dont have any idols in it and you can see monkeys, deers or langurs running around the ruins always. Beautiful architecture i must say in the 3 temples and a must visit too but i dont think any wise and able minded person would like to visit this place in dark night when you are at risk of facing leopards, hyenas or even wolves all through the way and with the worst possible roads going up & down the hills - i wouldnt like to go even if there is something spooky or not.

You traveling solo so I am aasuming you will be traveling by own car or bike. If you are driving yourself , it will take three days to reach Leh from Manali. You will have to do permit formality es to cross rohtang. First night stay at Key long, second Night at Sarchu and by third evening you will be at Leh. It is advised to stay for one whole resting in Leh. You can see local monasteries and the confluence of indus and zanskar. The hall of fame a war memorial is a treat to watch in Leh. ao 4th night rest in Leh. On fifth morning start for khardung la early and reach Nubra valley by the evening. Stay over night. Thats 5night. on sixth morning depart for pangong tso and reach by evening. here I would say sometimes the roads connecting pangong to nubra gets blocked due to landslide or so. It was blocked when I visited the place. So in that case you will have to have a day spare in your plan. As you will have to go back to leh and then move to pangong. If everything goes well you will be resting at pangong tso on 6th night. next morning start early to reach Leh in time. stay over night at leh. Next day start early and travel straight to kargil and stay over night on 8th night. next day visit kargil war memorial and reach srinagar by late evening. 9th night you will be at srinagar. 10th morning you start for manali and teacher by the night. ao 10th night you will be in manali. keep on day spare to sight seeing at kashmir. I would recommend sonamarg. so in all you need 11nights and 12days to complete the circuit on bike. if you are not driving your own. You will save three days as the drivers will take you directly from manali to leh in one day and leh to srinagar in one day. But then you will miss many beautiful landscapes. The best time to take this trip will be early august to late september. I hope it answers your query.
