Lohadgad. It is monsoon time in Maharashtra during month of June, where you get to see lovely greenery with drops of rain producing cool weather.
With lot of crunch, crisis around the country there seems to be shortages in supplies. No doubt tourism is having a show down in Srilanka now. My advice would be to re think regarding planning a travel to Srilanka.
India's climatic conditions are way different in different places based on region you are travelling to & also the distance makes it difficult to cover everything. If you are coming to Delhi , then july is hot & humid, so you can go for places nearby like chandigarh, Shimla, chail, nahan, arki, Manali in Himachal. if you are travelling to Mumbai, then Goa, lonavala, ratnagiri, shirdi etc can be your go to destinations. similarly recommended places for Bangalore would be ooty , Mysore, Kerala while for east it would be via Kolkata, Darjeeling , Sikkim .
Sorry I don’t understand your question. If you are asking about Dharamshala located in Himachal it’s popular for culture and some spots to visit. Now is an ideal time for it’s a summer paradise spot too.
Although a long trek, there are stairs which continue till the top of the peak. The metal ladder which is in good condition has been placed in rough patches which might be difficult to climb. Thus, making it quite accessible to beginner trekkers. And in month of April, night treks are recommended.
