This valley is accessible only from June to September. It is monsoon season, but only time you get to see full bloom of flowers covering the valley. Brahmakamal flower blooms in august in this valley. But being rainy season, trek to the valley depends on that days rain.

You can go to Mussoorie. it's a great place for weekend trip. weather is awesome. To travel from Delhi to Mussoorie by road, take the route via Upper Ganga Canal Road. The distance can be covered in about 6 hours. The nearest airport to Mussoorie is Dehradun’s Jolly Grant Airport. Or 2nd option is Kasol. it's also a great place for its breathtaking views.

Himachal is a Gem
Actually whole of Himachal has n number of treks, lakes, waterfalls in every location, so you go anywhere in Himachal you will enjoy the same and it's safe everywhere.
In tirthan valley one can go to Jibhi, serlosar lake, himalyan national park, jalori pass, chhoie waterfalls (nagini village).
Apart from tirthan valley, Parvati valley is also very beautiful and peaceful
Manikaran, hot water spring, kasol, grahan (less known) and kheergana trek, tosh, kutla(less known) are all good places to visit.
Coming down in Mandi, Parashar lake is also very blissful .

1 day could be for Pahalgam
1 day for Sonmarg
1-2 days for Gulmarg (Pahalgam, Sonmarg, Gulmarg will all be of same kind so one can visit all three to checklist or also one can go to one place for 3 days and relax/explore/enjoy that place only)
