Donโt fall into trap of little known operators who may offer at cheaper rate but take you for a ride later. If interested in Temples, there are many good temples (Shakipeeth) near Dharamshala and Kangra, else Shimla and Manali are always hot destinations for tourists..

According to me 2-3 days is the ideal duration of a trip in Vizag. You can take a day to all the points of interest in Vizag city. Additionally, you will need a day more to take a trip to the Araku Valley and other points of interest like Tyda Park and Borra Caves.

I think you are asking about wayand from bangalore. Its almost 275km. The fastest way to reach from Bangalore to Wayanad is flight to Calicut International Airport, then cab to Wayanad and takes 2h 55m. The recommended way to reach from Bangalore to Wayanad is bus to Wayanad and takes 5h 15m. Buses from SRS Travels , Sks tourist corporation (regd), Kallada Travels (Suresh Kallada) etc.

Bangalore via mysore to Wayanadu where you can stop for viewing, Barachukki falls, Banasura Sagar dam and Gumbaz Second route is via kanakapura and Gundlupet to Wayanadu. Chunchi falls, Sulthan bathery, edakkal caves are some spots to visit. Third is via Somanathapura Bandipur Wayanadu. Bandipur on the way is a lovely stop over spot, besides Chembra peak.

Yea you can travel by ship from india to srilanka. There are several ships operating from Chennai to Sri Lanka. The one of the well known ships is Karanika which is a luxury cruise ship from Jalesh premium cruise line. Another well known cruise ship is MV La Belle des Oceฬans, which is a part of the CroisiEurope fleet.
UpvoteCommentFrom Chennai trip starts in the afternoon which reaches Trincomalee. It's a 10 hour journey filled with lot of things to do in the ship. There are online booking services. You get a full insight of cabin and cost. Kindly check travel rules before booking and travelling.
