Hi, COORG for me seems to be overrated. But if you still insist on going there, road trip is the best way. From Mangalore or Bangalore by road it should take you anywhere between 3-6 hours. Lot of eateries en-route and you will not get bored to drive on either routes.
Day-1 >> Drive to Coorg
>> Before checking in to the hotel, or if you reach early then post checkin, visit Abbey falls which is close to city
>> Visit the town and Madekiri Fort, Raja's tomb, Raja's seat (get good views from here for sunsets) and try to visit Bhramagiri Hills view point Day-2
>> Drive to Tala Kaveri and enjoy 360 degree views of mountains and wild life reserve
>> Relax at coorg hotel or resort Day-3 >> Drive to Bylakuppe (monastery) >> On the way stop over at Nisargdhama (just some kms before Bylakuppe)
>> Post monastery visit inquire with locals about Dubare Elephant camp, this is a diff exp as you can bathe the elephants and even play around Hope the above helps. Keeping in mind you are in Coorg to relax
Dear Silu,
We can travel to Nepal including Pashupati Nath Temple if you are comfortable with a male travel partner. So, you can write me on ujjawalchaudhary30@gmail.com or drop your email so that we could discuss the plan. Thanks
Stay in North Goa . Amazing crowd and cafe's near beaches. . You can stay in hostel( my suggestion -Rootsvilla near vagator beach). You can make friends in hostel easily and explore the place. post that you can plan south Goa for some days.
Hi Aaamir, Currently I would recommend avoiding Kumaon due to the weather but other than that, a lot of places in North would offer a great vacation with cold weather. A lot of trip providers like WanderOn, Trekkers of India are currently offering treks around Uttarakhand and Himachal that you can explore.
Tribes is a new feature that you'll find on Tripoto. It's a platform to connect like-minded people and get conversations going. If you love offbeat travel, then that's a tribe you'd join or you can choose to connect with fellow mountain lovers and ask questions about your plans or read about their plans.
