There are many small hikes that are open throught the year like, Kheerganga and Barshaini region.

Yeah you can go to Parvati Valley offering treks for Tosh , Kheerganga , Kalga , Pulga . long trails like Pin Parvati . In Manali you can go for Bijli Mahadev , Hampta Pass , and many more. Else you can go to Chamba Valley and places like Bagsu Waterfall Trek , Dharamkot and Triund .

You can see snow in some remote places of Himachal. But snow 'fall' doesn't happen till mid December even in the coldest parts of the state
