Although recent media reports do suggest first few cases of Coronavirus infection in Russia, it is still a safe destination to travel to given the current scenario. However, it is recommended that you keep an eye on official statement regarding the same and take exercise precaution to avoid any kind of infection.

Zaltak Guest house.. these are cheap 250 per night per head. There are many places which provide accommodation at 200 per night at shared bases...

Which Island? if its a private island, still safe but if an island where there are many other people like Maafusi, my recommendation would be to avoid given the weak healthcare system of Maldives

UpvoteCommentYes, you can easily cover all the tourist attractions in Shillong in just 5 days but the current situation in Shillong is not good, 144 section is being imposed there since last week once check out the situation there with any locals there and then plan the trip or else you will end up sitting in room in Shillong instead of exploring.

Personally saying you should avoid biking in April , if possible start in May. Roads are open from Shimla side via Narkanda. From Manali side Rohtang pass would be closed till mid of June(depends on BRO).

Thailand is affected what I have read from Google. I had plans for April but no idea what the situation would be. since the virus effect is starting to show in India. Right now one of my friend is in Thailand for deir holiday... but whether you shud continue or delay your plan is completely ur decision. check out reliable news from Health ministry and WHO.

Well there are cases found mostly in Bangkok. And number of tourists has decreased rapidly. Krabi and Phuket is still not in red zone.

There have not been any officially confirmed cases of Coronavirus yet in Bhutan, which means that it's safe to travel to Bhutan right now. However, it is highly recommended that you keep yourself updated with any travel advisories related to Bhutan. You can board a train from Amritsar to either Moradabad or Rampur and then carry the onwards journey via road and nainital being a hilly terrain doesn't have a railway station of it's own. Moradabad to Nainital is approx 3.5 hours journey, whereas rampur to Nainital is approx 3 hours.

You could board a train from Amritsar to Kathgodam. And from there you could go to Nainital by car, since from there Nainital is about 1.5 hours away.
