I have been in Bhuj& Kutch.You may fly up to Ahmedabad.Train services are there up to Bhuj&Rajkot.For dwaraka bus from Rajkot may be an option.Economic hotels are available in Mandvi & Bhuj.

Now you are Mumbai right, so you going to Somnath Temple by bus or train what are in your budget, than you purchase a car on rent and going to Dwarka and bet Dwarka one night stay a chip hotel and next day you started your journey from Kutch Bhuj by car or train. and explore the katch-bhuj. you are in stay chip hotel and eat reliable food so you can easily manage your expense.

India is full of Biodiversity nation. where you can enjoy the winter by visiting cold desert as well as snow fall of Kashmir. if you are looking for for winter adventure then you can visit to Kashmir, Sikkim, uttarakhand ( Badinath kedarnath path is probably closed in winter ). or you want to enjoy heritage and live forts then definitely you can visit to Rajasthan ( Jaipur, Jaisalmer, ajmer, Hajialidarga, jodhpur, udaipur.

Hey Kamalakar, Most travellers prefer visiting Tawang during summer as the weather is ideal then. People believe March, April, May, June, September and October to be the best months to go to Tawang. You could plan a visit in November, but be prepared for some frigid weather. You might experience snowfall too hence roads to some of the tourist attractions can get blocked. You can have a pleasure drive to manjoor ( outer Ooty) which is a village admist tea plantation and visit emrald lake, avalanche lake .you can even plan of visiting kotagiri which is a bit far but worth it

I would say... Nainital.... coz. The weather of nainital in January will be very fine for exploring the places. ... doing small treks. do visit the Rajbhawan , golf course,naina peek,tiffintop,snowview and enjoy the trolley ride too to enjoy the magnificent view of naini lake.
