Frm delhi reach shimla stay 1-2 day there
pick a bus reach recongpeo stay a day there
bus frm recongpeo to kaza at 7.00 am , pick the bud and reach kaza ,
there are many homestays for 600₹ for one person stay a day in kaza , another day in hikkim ,
visit giu monestry . try to climb some Mountains if you love trekking .
frm kaza you can go to chandtrataal - rohtang - manali frm kaza you have to hitchhike , time table of bus frm kaza is available on my profile .
keep sufficieent money in pocket , there are no atm nearby . you can also hire a bike for1000₹ for a day

In haridwar there are many bus operators you can reach them . there are bus from haridwar to kedarnath for 700₹ - 500₹ per person one way ticket .

After the mid September the rain stopped and the construction work of roads done by end of September, so it is completely safe to travel Kasol, but please check weather forecast before planing your trip.

The best time to visit the Kareri Lake is during the Indian summer season. May to July and September to November are the best months to visit the Kareri Lake.

I visited Ladakh on 4th october.If you are going by air, then it would take 1 hour 30mins to reach. When you reach you to Leh. You will get many hotels there. i suggest you to prebook your hotel.In leh district, there is one famous market 'Tibetan market'.
secondly, from leh to khardungla distance of 40km.it is not an easy task to cover 40km as khardungla is one of the highest motorable road.You can travel magnatic hill, sangam valley, Nubra valley where you can witness double hump camle ride . and Visit pangong Tso in late.

Firstly, I wouldn't suggest to backpack leh in first solo that too in the month of October. It will be winter start so prefer going there by air than road, as roads to leh gets closed in winters from srinagar and Manali as well. There will be plenty of homestays and hostels in leh. Places to see around are magnetic hill, sangam rafting(if applicable), Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, thiksey monestry, spituk monestry, shey palace etc. Nubra Valley via khardung La, pangong lake via chang la pass. Not sure about the road conditions though.

Safe option in Himachal will be manali only but chances of getting snow in december is bit less... Getting to lahaual spiti will be bit risky In Uttarakhand, auli, chopta will be good destination. You may find snow there.

Boom Shiva Cafe Tosh on the way to Pinki Didi, Cafe 360 and The last Resort, they'll provide you Desi Indian food with Desi Ghee at reasonable cost, Dinner for two here will cost around Rs - 500.

You can also try Pink Floyd, Boom Shive Cafe , I recently went Tosh .....Room prices are very reasonable rate you can also enjoy the trance music at the Cafe every night and feel the beauty of Tosh ...Happy Journey bro P.S. Must try Tandoori Trout If you are going Tosh I suggest you to go for Kheerganga Trek...Life time experience bro
