Tripoto, i am not sure, because i also tried adding link in my bio it did not work. However, you can just write your username in the bio if you want, people will be able to find you with that if they want to. But, in Instagram you can add link in bio though.

Rock beach is popular in Pondicherry... evening walk in brach Street very nice

Hi Mayank, Pondicherry is highly known for one to two of its really good beaches to spend time at. One of them is Rock beach, also Promenade beach; just opposite to this stretch is a good restaurant overlooking the sea, called Ajanta Restaurant. They serve good food; veg/non-veg and alcohol for people who prefer. Half a day spending time at the beach and lunch here could be fulfilling. Pondicherry has a French Colony quarter. There are houses from the time and maintained pretty well with that architecture. These streets are a "must-walk and explore" ones! Walking around White Town, you will spot bright yellow and white walls, arched gates lined with bougainvillea, and clean European-style streets. There are some very good and normal budgeted cafes to eat at here - Cafe Des Arts; a pizza famous place - Cafe Xtasi. There is also an amazing restaurant called Surguru which serves North/south indian, known mostly for its South Indian Food. This covers other half of your day. Being in Pondicherry, the second day could be rejoiced visiting the Aurobindo centres like, Aurobindo Ashram, Aurobindo Batik factory, Auro paper factory. Ashram also has a bookstore opposite with a collection of aurobindo's philosophies, biographies and etc. These stay open till 5 PM in the evening. There is another exciting beach called the Paradise beach which is away from the city center and its location can be reached by a rented two-wheeler or autorickshaw. It is an island like land surrounded by water and has a sand bed-shore. One has to take a ferry ride to this beach from the entry point of this place. This should be visited keeping half a day in hand, given its away and would be enjoyed with good time in hand. So maybe for you, it could be on the visit-list for the next time as well! Hope this helps! Enjoy your trip.

Uttrakhand - considering heavy rains have damaged roads in Himachal hence Uttrakhand.
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Both are in option. Best is you can travel to Himalayas as you get option but it's a bit far. So for the short trip you can travel Uttrakhand i.e weekend.

It depends on you. your accommodation, mode of transportation will basically vary on cost. If you are a budget traveler and can manage staying in hostel and transport by local transporter then 20k is enough.
