Yes it's a beautiful monsoon season there. This is the time where people go for shirodhara ayurvedic treatments as well. Drizzling is what you will get.

Hey, dnt take this the wrong way but there is a lot of room for improvement in your content. You have put a couple of pics without any writeup and uploaded in the trip section. Redo that as a photoblog, write more captions . And general reviews of restaurants work better as trips than photoblog, so write more.

You can convert usd and inr to slr very easily in most places at good rates. Remember to convert balance cash to inr before you leave sl as you get poor rates in India.

It is best if you can arrange Sri lankan rupees. It is not easily available. If you are in Bangalore i can get you in touch with my agent.

Go for Pune. You can do some treks like sinhagad and in June you might get some drizzling also. you can also go to matheran.

AnswerWishlistTry staying in hostels..... Best Time to visit Sikkim is October to December and March to May. Below is the itinerary we followed when we visited Sikkim:
Day-1:Reached Siliguri by evening
Day-2:Siliguri to Gangtok and applied for necessary permits.Sight-seeing in Gangtok.
Day-3:Gangtok to Lachen.
Day-4:Gurudongmar Lake and Kaala Patthar. Reached Lachung by evening.
Day-5:Yumthang Valley and Zero Point.Back to Gangtok.
Day-6:Nathula Pass and Tsomgo Lake.
Day-7:Char Dham in Namchi. Reached Ravangla and visited Buddha Park.
Day-8:Rabdenste Ruins and back to Siliguri.

Hello , 10 days for traveling to Sikkim is an awesome idea.
You can take flight till Bagdogra and then there is the Cab service known as Wizzride ,you can book your seat directly from Bagdogra Airport to your hotel Room.It costs around 800 per seat.
Its a spring season but you may witness lots of rain in the evening .
Rhododendrons are now blooming in the West of Sikkim must visit place known as Barshey. In 10 days you can explore North Sikkim ,which includes Lachen ,Lachung ,Gurudongmar Lake.
There is a skywalk in Pelling.You can visit South Sikkim for visiting tourist spots.
There are many hangout places in the nearby M.G Road If you are a food explorer you can try "Laphing " and authentic Nepali food known as "Thakali".

Leh-manali highway will likely to open in june, before that make sure that road is open and tourists are allowed or not to go through rohtang pass

Minimum budget considering budget hotel stays and food from Manali will cost around 1000-1200 INR per day. Time for the whole travel will be approx 10-15days so you can expect the expenses to go 20k or more.
