Best time is actually .. if you really wanna enjoy then go in December or January... it's damn cold and snowing... if your plans are in gantok then please to visit the natuala pass.. India china border at 14.000ft

First thing u should look after is budget. u must know how much money u should spend on what... if it's going to b a lifetime memory u may spend a handsome amount. but b careful.... second is staying in contact with people who may reach u if u need help. so b ready with a roaming recharge, emergency numbers and power banks with u. "kam saman safar aasan" dont let ur luggage b a burdon wid u.. it should have all d essentials but try to minimise it.

Ghaziabad is a central location . Most hill station in Uttrakhand will lie within the radius of 700 Km. However since you have a pre-decided budget I will recommend that you can do 3-4 day trip to Mussoorie and Dehradun . You can travel by bus or train. Reasonable budget accommodation will be available . Weather at both these places in March will be very nice.

Travel using buses from delhi, If you want to know about local attractions of Manali then there’s Hidimba Temple, Mall road and a monastery also lots of cafe’s to explore.
You can go to Rohtang pass, Bir for paragliding, or maybe go river rafting.

Hi Sudeep, I think the best option in april mau for ypu would be Manali-Kasol-Tosh in Himachal Pradesh. It has very good option for trekking also and also takes care that you dont have to shell out large from your pockets. Even if you wanna do some extensive tracks, then Manali has plenty to offer with tracking options to Hampta pass, Chandratal, etc. Hope this helps you.

March is considered as the favorable month for a winter trip to Spiti valley and for several good reasons. There will be plenty of snow all around. Chances of a heavy snowfall and roads getting blocked for long duration will be considerably less in March.
