Flensburg Harbor is a true gem nested on the shores of the Baltic Sea. It's a vibrant hub of maritime activities, breathtaking views, and rich history.
So our journey to Flensburg starts from Mulheim City in Germany. We had to take train tickets from DB app and from Mulheim to Essen we used RE train and from Essen to Hamburg we took the Fast train called ICE and from Hamburg to Flensburg we have RE trains and reached by 4Pm. Overall it was 6hrs of Journey
We booked the Ibis Budget Hotel which is located near to the Bus Stand or ZOB.. It costed about 107Euro +10 Euro for Pet..
As we sat and relaxed on the shores, we witnessed the refreshing sea breeze and the boats gracefully gliding through the water. The harbor is a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern vitality.
Flensburg's harbor is home to a diverse range of vessels, from traditional fishing boats to majestic yachts. The harbor is a haven for sailing enthusiasts, and it's not uncommon to see locals and visitors taking to the water for a leisurely sail or as water sports.
Mueseum allows you to step back in time and experience the life of a sailor on a traditional tall ship. It's a truly immersive experience that maritime enthusiasts won't want to miss.
But the true beauty of Flensburg Harbor lies in its people. The locals are warm, friendly, and passionate about their city's maritime heritage.
As the day draws to an end, we can't help but feel grateful for this incredible experience. Harbor has certainly left an mark on our soul. It is a place where you can lose yourself in the magic of the sea and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Also we would recommend to visit Buddha Lounge for food. We tried the Mango Sushi and Sea King Sour.. it was delicious..
