About the cruise

The Viking Orion will take passengers on a cruise called 'Across the Bay of Bengal', which will depart from Mumbai and reach Bangkok after a 16-day long journey. The route will cover eight guided tours and five countries. Passengers will be able to spend time on the sprawling beaches of Goa, experience the cultural heritage of Colombo, witness the temples of Kuala Lumpur, the city-life of Singapore, and relax at the palm-fringed beaches of Koh Samui before reaching the final destination.

There are 14 different types of rooms to choose from, ranging from the basic suites to penthouses. But, regardless of the room you choose, all guests will be able to enjoy several perks such as the Scandinavian-style spa, access to the thermal suite, al-fresco dining, in-house theatre, pool, and a fitness centre. The cruise also has a dedicated entertainment centre, a Viking bar and restaurant, as well as private dining areas for guests.
