How to Reach Japan?

Japan is easily accessible through direct flights to Tokyo from Delhi. Other flights from metro cities like Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Kochi stopover at Vietnam before departing for Japan. You may also want to consider taking the sea route if you like long luxurious holidays that most cruises offer. Once in Japan you can make use of its efficient transport system to move around the city.

Immigration at Japanese Airport

Entering Japan with my single-entry tourist visa was a breeze! I was asked no questions by the immigration officer before being stamped in. The process of scanning Custom and Immigration QR codes generated from 'Visit Japan Web' was hustle free too. However, during check-in, my airline did ask for my return flight ticket. I didn't have a confirmed return ticket, so I used a dummy air ticket. It’s a good idea to keep that and your first hotel booking handy.
