The one place I would love to revisit again would be Muscat in Oman. Oman, a very small country located in the far southeastern part of the Arab Peninsula, is full of natural wonders and marvellous architectural beauty. Muscat is Oman’s largest and oldest city, with all state institutions in it. Since ancient times, Oman has been called the monarchy of Muscat and Oman. The most famous castles of the city are fortress and glory. From other places of interest in Muscat, you can see the Bloodh al-Sifa, the Muscat Wall, the Atri Houses, Al-Khairan, the Gothab Beach, the Al-Zubiro Museum of Bookbinding and the Omani Coin. The place I loved the most is Al Alam Palace, one of six residences of the monarch. When you visit the main gates of Al Alam Palace, It’s just a normal gate but the real architecture is inside it’s a different world. The palace itself is elegant & simple in design, unlike the grandiose structures of other capitals. Elegantly designed, it features many highly polished marble surfaces just like the good old traditional Omani style. The palace gives you a very positive vibe, you can also see your reflection on the marble. The palace is big Local People in Muscat are called Omanis are very hospitable, Calm and sorted. The locals wear a very different attire which is full sleeves ankle length with the omani cap unlike other Arab countries. The food in Oman is something to live for Majboos, Shawarma, Shuwa but the drink that cools you would be Laban it’s a thick Chaas but very refreshing. The Dates (Kajur) are very juicy, not forgetting the Baklava a sweet dish another omani household, you can binge eat!. There is not much traffic on the roads. The lanes are very specific and there are speeding cameras on ends of the road but however as per my observation people by default follow rules. The air is clean, Lots of Indian families wait to welcome you and the late king Sultan Qaboos highly respected himself and studied in Pune, India. You will find his photo frames in every shop, malls and even people's residences. Most areas of Oman are mountainous. In most tourist tours, desert offers its customers. During desertification, they spend their time in desert tents. Riding a camel in the desert, luxury camping under the stars and Safari with Jeep are just a few of the attractions Oman has many good hotels, but the most attractive are palace cottages in the desert, made of palm trees.
