Something that is worth more in the Everest Base Camp hike is the Kala Patthar viewpoint at 5600 m altitude. From Kala Patthar viewpoint one can visualize the excellent closeup view of the summit. Additionally, the standpoint also offers eye-catching views of peaks like Ama Dablam (6856m), Lhotse (8516m), Nuptse (7861m), and Cho Oyu (8201m). Both the northern and southern flanks of the summit can be viewed from this viewpoint. It was also famous for the world's highest-altitude situated, Mount Everest Webcam. Best time to go to Base Camp of Mount Everest

The best time for the Everest Base Camp trip is from March to May and September to November. But if you are planning to make a Helicopter tour then you can visit any time to base camp when the weather is fine. If you are an experienced or professional traveler you can travel at any season to Mount Everest base camp trek. As said, winter shows great views of the scenario around Base Camp with more snow. If you are planning to travel during winter, make sure you protect yourself from freezing cold. Nevertheless, the best time is during Spring (March to May) and fall ( September to November) for every guest trekking to Everest Base Camp
