Day 1 itinerary was to cover Dubai frame which symbolise new & old Dubai and dinner on the go in Dhow cruise of Dubai creek.Well everything was good and diggers in pockets!
This new addition to the Dubai's already impressive Skyline was made in January'18. It gives an amazing panoramic view from a height of 150m. Frame provides 2 very different perspective of the city. To the north one can see the Old Dubai and to the south one can view new Dubai. From Deira's old town to the high rises of Dubai Marina, it is all visible from the Frame's 360 degree point. It also gives an opportunity to the tourists to step onto the crystal clear glass & walking on it with a drop of 150m visible just beneath their feet. Also there is a vortex tunnel which gives tourists an idea of expert's predictions of the city's future growth.
Happiness was no Monday blues for the vacation week.Once landed at DXB, was quite surprised! No fancy stuffs in and around airport.Came to the land of richness and found only a metro that commutes between the terminals, rest were just ok..
This experience proved that Dubai is trying to increase the number of experiences it can give but is also making sure that the experience is specific to them and it has not been seen anywhere else. From outside, this place looks just like a frame but the museum-like-arena on the ground floor communicates how Dubai was, is and what it’ll be like in the future through a gallery of pictures/structures with sound. The experience doesn’t end there, at a height of 150m, the glass floor in the middle of the sky deck, is not for the weak hearted. The Dubai Frame is situated in such a place wherein on either sides of the sky deck, you see the old Dubai and present Dubai. A good place to see if you’re in the city.
