Dzungo Village is an offbeat village of North Sikkim

The village is of Lepcha Tribes, where you will get a chance to see

the local lifestyle more closely. I traveled solo here in Jan 2021 during Pandemic

I went to Dzungo while returning from North Sikkim, As Mangan on the way.

*Sikkim Is Super Safe For Solo Female Travelers*

It's perfect for relaxing, long stay, work with a view and homely experience of delicious food and Hosts Like Jikmi and Rachen, Village people are also so good, helping and very simple.

How to Reach:

Gangtok - Mangan - Dzungo

Need Permit To EnterThis Village

That Your Homestay Owner Can Manage or You can get it from Mangan

Call/Whatsapp/Message in advance to Jikmi With Photo and Id card so he can arrange permits

Before Your Coming.

One can get a shared taxi if reach before 3 pm

After that private taxi of 1500 INR
