On the nights of November 13 and 14, 2016, the moon came super close to the Earth.

The last time this phenomena occurred was on 26th January, 1948 and the next time will be on 25th November, 2035. 

The word 'Supermoon', was first used by an American astrologer who said that whenever the moon is closest to earth, its size will appear bigger and it will be 14 times brighter.

People all over the world, made the best use of their cameras to capture this magnificent sight and came up with fantastic pictures.
