How to book Tickets?
Annecy can be visited from Geneva By Train and by Bus. However it is advisable to travel by bus bcos (1) its a direct connection & you don't need to change (2) Bus fares thru Flixbus.com are really cheap...yes as cheap as EURO 5(1 way) if you book in advance
How to reach?
Board bus from geneva central bus stop. After 1 hr ride you will arrive at Annecy bus station adjoining train station.
What to visit ?
Annecy is a small town & everything is accessible by foot. So once you get Off the bus head straight towards the Lake. It's 7-10 mins walk from bus station. Explore the lake area; its absolutely romantic.
From Lake head towards the old city....you will get a flavour of venice....then finally towards bus station which will be around 10 mins walk.
In Annecy both Swiss Franc & Euros are accepted; however its prudent you use Euros .
