Traveling gives me great pleasure.The excitement to reach a new place and start exploring as soon as you land is unparalleled.
But before that happens there is the dreaded wait at the airport.Most airlines make sure that they call you atleast 2-3 hours before the flight actually takes off and Lord save us if there is a delay !
Thankfully I am a huge bookworm.For me this is a great time to catch up on my reading and make sure to carry a big fat book (or two ).Also I keep my camera ready incase something catches the eye and I can capture it before the moment is gone.
Also there is an option of sitting in a cafe ,sipping your coffee ( or tea,throw in a little cake too ) and watching people go by.
Nowadays airports are as good as a shopping mall.If you don't like doing the above mentioned things just go and do some window shopping ,no harm done.I for one look forward to spending time at the airport and those 2-3 hours now actually seem less.
