This republic day i planned to go to st.mary's island.but a sudden call from mom turned all the plans upside down.our family was planning a trip so i was invited by everyone.i had no other option and i left to my place.from there 7@ morning we started our trip to mango meadows,an agricultural themepark.we reached there @10.the entry fees is 400 on holidays and 350 on normal days.the park is situated in kottayam district in a place called kaduthuruthy,near thalayolaparambu.one guide is given to every group.the guides will show us the whole park and explains all the trees and vegtation there.after lunch,we can roam around as we like.there is activites like fish feeding,pedal boating,cycleriding,speedboating basketboat. The place is a total package for family.food facility is available inside the park and every kerala delicacies can be enjoyed there.
all the activities are energising.there is archery,shooting and trampoline,swimming pool,fishing,lover's corner,beautiful sculptures.a day can be well spent there.on special days there will be magic shows,local instruments like kailasaveena,flute etc are played in special spots.we feel refreshed as we are connected to the nature.it is a good place to go with family,especially small children,they will like it for sure.after the day we gathered @ uncle's house and barbequed chicken.it was a memorable day.it was an amazing experience to spend a whole day with family in such a natural place.i am not a traveller by life at all,i am trying my best to achieve it.i am not even a degree holder.every chance to explore somethng new attracts me.my lust for adventures and experiences make me want to go even a non tourist and unimportant place.
