The mesmerising beauty, Kerala. The peace it endeavours and showers on us is incomparable. We had a trip for two places in Kerala- Alleppey and Athirapally. Stayed in Ayurvedic Forest Resort and a private Houseboat.

Day 1

The Challagudy Railway station, closest one to Athirapally.

Kerala has not left its culture at all. Everywhere I could see men in Lungees and women in beautiful Set Sarees. Not just the people, the trucks were also in their traditional styles.

The Challagudy River..i could see the riverbed, it was that clean

The Athirapally Waterfalls

A board at the entrance said that the waterfalls are a 'Breathtaking View', it was indeed breath taking.

Kerala is clean and green, one can see that even the footpath has grown trees and branches on it. One such sight was this beautiful well on the way to our resort.

Day 2

The Houseboat, Alleppey

The beauty is in inside as well. They are boats with all facility in them. We had a premium houseboat with 5 three sharing rooms and an upper deck. The food is amazing. You can choose any of them as they are more or less the same. The only difference is weather you take a safari boat or stay on it for a night. P.S. -We stayed.

the beauty was all over, I could not miss capturing these lotuses either.

Day 3

Marwa Beach, Alleppey

Extremely clean with no charges at all. The beach is serene, one could spend their life there. so calm and peaceful

Finally this was all. Apart from this we visited a museum and Alleppey Market, but they are not worth that much.

One could probably plan some other places as Munnar or Wayanad in Kerala.
