Search online for a good hotel in Tapovan area or a riverside camp at Neelkanth Road, attend evening 6 PM Aarti at Parmarth Niketan and Triveni Ghat (2 different days), in daytime, have a dip in Ganges, go for rafting and bungee jumping, visit Beatles Ashram and Neelkanth Temple, pass through Lakshman Jhula and Ram Jhula by walk, visit Neergarh Waterfalls (total 4 days 3 nights are adequate), enjoy food / snacks at Little Buddha Cafe and Freedom Cafe and that is all for Rishikesh I feel. On way back, stop over at Haridwar, have a dip at Har kee Paudi, have alu poori and rabri at Mathura Wala in market and say good bye (this is all we did in our recently concluded trip this week).
