Hiii there. A lot of options are there. Like in mountains you can go to Kasol, Manali, Dharamshala, Triund,Jibhi etc. For beaches, you can go to GoKarna, Goa , Andaman etc.
For plains, you can go to Jaisalmer, Udaipur, Jodhpur ,Jaipur, Indore, Ujjain etc.

Hello, Well depending on your intrest. If you like snow then you can visit jammu, manali, mussorie and darjeeling. If you like beaches then udupi, rameshwaram, mangalore, goa and dapoli. Enjoy travelling!!!

January and February is a good time to travel anywhere in India. You could consider Kashmir, Rajasthan, Kutch, Goa, Andamans, Kerala and Pondicherry

Depends on how far are you willing to go. Goa, Pondicherry, Tawang, Cherapunji, Gangtok, Mussorie, Rameshwaram, Coorg are great places to go in Jan-Mar

Kutch, Jaisalmer and Andaman will be best if you don't like snow and if you like snow better go to Manali, Gangtok and Tawang

Hi, There are many places. If want to select India then may be Manali, Shimla, Mussoorie, Nainital and other hill station nearby Delhi.
Or you can choose Rajasthan.
You can also select Mumbai, Lonavala, Goa. Outside India you can choose Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia or SriLanla (Which is quite pocket friendly as well as beautiful). I am adding some reference link.
