A good destination for you in March, depends on your interest, whether you like mountains or beaches or some historical place. If you want to see mountains, then you can go to Shimla, Manali, Kasol, Kashmir etc. If you're beach lover then you can go for pondicherry, goa, gokarna, Kerela etc. in South India. 1) Hill stations: Nainital ,Ooty, Mount Abu, Shimla, Manali, Gulmarg.
2) National Parks & Wildlife : Kanha National Park, Tadoba Tiger Reserve, Jim Corbett National Park, Kaziranga National Park, Gir Forest.
3) Treks & Camps : Har ki Doon, Rupin Pass, Hampta pass, Bhrigu lake
Depends on what you love. If you want to visit the mountains, now is a good time to visit North India. Or maybe, Sikkim.
If you like beaches, then Pondicherry or Gokarna (dont visit in March, it will be hot)
