Snow fall in March ?? Mussorie experience snow fall twice or thrice in a year in Dec end or January.. March will be pleasant there. Nainital is better place as it has many points to be visited. ..
I would suggest you to travel to gulmarg a winter wonderland snow everywhere n you can just relax and spend some quality time or can do snow activities also can experience snowfall if lucky enough

Having visited both the places, I find Nainital more better option. Climate was cool. It has more places to explore. The zoo was awesome. Boating in Naini lake, shopping at Tibetan market etc. one can also travel to nearby places like Bhimtal, Sattal, Mukteshwar.

but I guess in Mussorie u ll get snow..and lakes and valleys are very good in nainital
