November is a great time to go on a honeymoon since lot of Indian destinations can be visited due to a cooler climate. Within India, I recommend Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Kerala, Coorg (Karnataka) or Rajasthan. Internationally, you can go to Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bali etc on almost the same cost.

I have read an interesting blog about Lavassa - a sort of town near Pune with mesmerizing views. During my stay in Mumbai I visited the less traveled Mlsej Ghats, the place where the movie Raavan was shot. It was outstanding. Do visit if you haven't already

Another such wonder is the restaurant Haveli, with the same lively ambiance and also shops where one can buy traditional Punjabi clothes. My go to destination for a romatic holiday is Kerala - Alleppey/ Kovalam for beach and backwaters and Munnar for hills and forests. Top attraction - this year the world famous neelakurinji blossoms are going to start in August and continue till November. September would be the best time to visit given clear skies, good weather and colorful landscapes in the Anamalai Hills

You can visit Valley of flowers. The entire place is encompassed with large variety of endemic alpine flowers such as golden lily, waterfalls and streams. The Valley of Flowers is located in the Garhwal region of Uttrakhand.

Assuming you are driving from Trivandrum, here is a rough plan for you: Trivandrum to Bangalore Bangalore to Chhindwara
Chhindwara to Allahabad
Allahabad to Gorakhpur and then to Kathmandu, Here is an article on the best places to see in Nepal and how to make the best of your stay there in Nepal, and your return can be done in the same way, with some changes in the halt stations, e.g you can return via Lucknow instead of Allahabad, and Ooty or Coorg instead of Bangalore.
