Hi Aarush! I can't point out exact blogs but I love the travelogues by Neelima Vallangi and Shubham Mansingka.

Do read the blog The Shooting Star of famous travel writer Shiva Nath. She is highly inspiring. She has also written a book 'The Shooting Star'. You may also want to check out Hippie in Heels website.

Hey Prateek, You can start by publishing the trips you have been on. By photoblooging your trips. The biggest advantage of using tripoto is that you earn credits. These credits help you to earn free trips, discounts and offers for yourself. I hope you enjoy your tripoto experience

Hi Sonalika! Great question! I think taking the local transport, hanging out in the same haunts as locals and chatting up with anyone and everyone, is a great way to observe a community from within. I had a lovely experience in Udaipur where I started off with jewellery shopping and ended up attending Ganesh puja at the shopkeeper's home. The real power to travel lies in conversations.

Mostly if you’re with a tour guide he’ll explain it to you. If not, asking localities would help you learn about their culture better rather than internet. Like if you’re travelling by auto or something, just asking the driver normal questions about traffic and transport would be a good conversation starter. Hope this was helpful

I hope you have made your trip. It would be helpful for travellers if you share the travel details: 1.Route 2.Transportation 3.Weather 4.Budget 5.Places to see 6.Tips for travellers etc. Happy travelling.

Can't say about unimpressed but I was really heartbroken when I went to Kasol after a gap of nearly 5 years. I even wrote an article about it.

I haven't faced any gender bias as such. But I am extremely paranoid about my safety, I carry a pepper spray AND a swiss-knife at all times. Fortunately, I haven't really been inconvenienced as such. In fact, people are more helpful.

Hi Nikhil! Yes, you definitely can. In fact, that would be the best case scenario. Start from Lahaul, covering Chandratal and then through the Spiti Valley covering everything from Kaza, Tabo, Dhankar and then head to Keylong from there. You can even do this route entirely via public transport!
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Yes it is completely possible to do both the trips.

This fact about my travels from 2017 has been troubling me as well! I really want to explore regions beyond North. You know, I haven't even been to Goa. Maybe you can join me for that?

Haha, I wish! It would be too heavy on the pocket, I believe.

I recently visited Malaysia and Singapore organised by Veena World costing about 100000₹ for 7 days. If you’re just starting out , I recommend doing South-East Asia first.

Hey, Sukriti! May is generally not a great time for a beach vacation as it can get a bit hot. But if you really wanna hit the beach, then go to Phu Quoc. It is a beautiful island near Vietnam that would make for a nice getaway in May.

Hii! Well I will suggest you Bali Island for your trip with the family. Well why do I suggest you this?? It's great island. One of popular beaches that people will go when they visit Indonesia, safe place, cultural island and very amazing places you need to see. Message me if you need more help.

Hi Aakanksha! Since I travelled mostly on long weekend, places near Delhi were quite convenient. As for places like Sikkim, its all about finding the cheapest flights and the best time.
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Download maps of that area. Check cheapest travel options. Ask friends for advice(who have been there). Carry emergency accessories and cash. Hope this was helpful

Photos have to be of very good quality and you need to write some description about the pics so that it is a value add to the reader. you wont get any credit for just uploading the pics. Usually it takes 24-48 hours to get the credit updated. It takes longer if you post just before the weekend. You can get around 55 credit for a decent photo blog

Hii udyaveer,I'll be happy to answer your travel queries from my experience ☺️☺️ *himachal Pradesh is a major tourist attractions of india and is a vintage jwell too .it's a perfect tourism state. wherever you go , people here treat you like a family and less as the tourist . *best villages to interact with locals and live with them are tosh , jibhi , khajjiar, kufri, you can explore malana too but you can't touch anything here .the best thing would be finding a homestay locally insted of searching it online . *alternatively, you can go for a big trek covering many regions of himachal-pradesh and you'll understand locals and their traditions more. *I have a small suggestion for you, I just checked online and found that there are some great deals for himachal pradesh available at tripoto itself, do check out this link https://www.tripoto.com/himachal-pradesh/tour-packages HAPPY TRAVELLING 😊

Hi Chandni If you wish to explore RSA,first make sure u carry international driving licence for driving a rental car. You can land in Johannesburg, stay for a day. Take an evening flight to Nelspruit for Kruger national park.Next early morning start safari for krugger. Enjoy whole day. Stay if u wish to then take flight to capetown or Port Elizabeth. If you want to experience Swiss like beauty and have a road trip of lifetime. Do a road trip from Port Elizabeth to capetown. 800kms covered in a day. Stay for 3-4 days in Capetown. Then return either via joburg or directly from cape. If not via road, you can opt for buses but hired car are best & secure way to travel in SA. You can visit my blog thefabulouslyf.com for pictures and details. But do visit SA its not a trip a journey of lyftm. Cheers
