Check at Manali. No need to go to Dharmsala first if you take a bus. Take any bus going to Baijnath or Palampur and get off at Bir Chauk on the highway. From there local transport to Bir village.
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Bir billing is 5 hours away from Manali. There are flights amritsar to Kangra airport. Besides buses operate from Manali to Bir which is an overnight journey. If you are planning travel by train, you need to travel to Pathankot then take a bus or cab to Bir. Plan journey via Pathankot for its 280kms away from Bir.

Yes it is beginning of rain in Rameshwaram, which changes the weather. However be the rains temperature ranges between 28 to 35degree Celsius. So the day you plan visit to Pamban you need to get a weather check done. Since July will be beginning of rain, I don’t think it would be heavy rains. Though downpours are encountered.
