Buses leave for Pokhara to Birgunj at 9am and 4pm. However, you can break the journey and go to Kathmandu at any other time. Regular buses to Pokhara are available from Kathmandu at all times.
Kedarkantha Trek (which is different from Kedarnath) is open in January. Expect heavy snow on the route and be prepared for it. Water-proof clothing and shoes are a must. There are many trekkers who trek to Kedarkantha in January too. So you can trek along with them for safety.
Tugnath is closed during winters and open when badrinath open, around April or May...best time to go chandrashila trek is in early or mid October...as it's got foggy in summers so you cant have any view...in winters it's is too cold or paths are blocked from snowfall.
Hello Tejas i am also planning for chopta and tungnath from delhi. So best way to reach tungnath is take a bus from kashmeri gate to haridwar or rishikesh try to reach as early as possible then take another bus to rudrprayag or ukhimath. Then you have to take the taxi to chopta. Its an amazing place and the view is awsome during witers. Please share your reviews after your trip.
Hi Varun,
Goa is a exquisite place to hangout with Partner, there are more than 10+ beaches which would not be able to cover in 1 day.
My recommendation is that you take a break till afternoon in the nearby beach to your stay, and in the evening you can visit Love Passion Karma Club and late you can visit the flee street market, you will surely find good deals there.
Happy Travelling!!
You can explore from multiple backpackers destination like Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Bhutan, Bali.
Try to get your tickets book well in advance for cheaper flights and accommodation can be arranged in hostels which are good as well as cheap. Happy Wandering!!
Hi Vishnu, Tripoto is currently working on some fresh updates for users regarding redeeming credits. We would know for sure once the update is successful! Recently, most of us haven't been able to redeem our credits.
Hi Jay, we would know for sure only after the update is successfully put forth. Let's hope it comes out soon! No other updates on this matter as of now.
Must visit- 1) Trek to the Jogini Waterfalls- it will be surreal and adventurous in the same waters.
2) Trek to the hills of Solang Valley- honestly I'd recommend you to trek everywhere instead of bagpacking on the backs of the khachhars because this way you will be able to really be on a one o one with nature.
3) Old Manali- The cafes at Old Manali are so exquisite and hippie. They offer some crazy vibes and the food is delicious. The lanes are carefree and you can connect to the Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani vibes literally.
Go to Sethan Village , Its beautiful and snowy in winters... Its an offbeat for travellers seeking for an escape from hustle bustle of manali. To reach sethan take a local cab which will drop you there in 45 minutes and you can enjoy there a comfortable homestay with few treks and adventure activities like skiing and snowboarding...
For activities like hot air balloon ride, check on klook app. they will bring you the best deals. for hotels may be i would prefer booking.com. you can also search for related packages on tripoto itself.
