Not the right time to go now. Roads are blocked due to landslides. And please come up with a state first and then ask, else you will have a long confusion list.

We can't complete Himachal in 7days. But still, you can cover some of them..Like Kasol, Tosh, Manali, Simla, Kasuili, Spiti Valley, Khajjiar, Mcleodganj, Dalhousie, Dharmshala etc.
This tour depends on your budget and which portion you want to go.
UpvoteComment7 days is too less to visit Himachal or any other state for that matter. On the start on Himachal you have Kasauli, Solan, Chail , Shimla, Kufri, Theog, Narkand. This is not even 30% of himachal and it would take 10 days including travelling and exploring places

*that's so sad to hear that due to natural conditions ,you are forced to replace your green plans of Coorg to goa . obviously both can't be compared .

Alright,as per your query , Bangalore to Goa via NH 48 This is the shortest, fastest, and most convenient route. This is also the only designated route suggested by GPS and live maps. Most travelers opt for this route because the Bangalore to Goa traffic here is much lighter and makes it better to drive through. *infact,the journey of banglore to goa is considered one of the most picturesque ones .I hope you enjoy this beautiful roadtrip.
*The road conditions are excellent. Drive safe as the roads in Western ghats are curvaceous. my recommendation is to go by one road for onward journey and return by the other depending on where you will be staying in Goa. There are other routes from Bangalore to Goa as well like hubli-anwad ghat route,Karwar route,belgaum route and twin falls route .

Please opt for another outstation as western part of Karnataka which is attached to Goa is under flood zone . refer google for the same .

At this point of time i must say no.As the monsoon has already arrived and will continue till the last week of august. You might not enjoy the trekking to kheerganga in the monsoon as well because it gets difficult going up the slope.Rains are too frequent so you cannot explore according to your desires. I would suggest to travel in the winters during jan-feb if you are snow person or you can travel in the summers.

* that's great to hear that you gonna have a road trip soon from 15 to 18 , conditions in Coorg are safe now and there are no flood conditions a such now
* Coorg is a great choice for road trip even from chennai ,it is famous for its fresh coffee plantations only found in South India, steep hills, countless streams ,rich flaura and fauna ,lush forests and breathtaking views. one must visit such unique places atleast once in lifetime *but still if you are looking for alternatives of Coorg in South India ,there are many hillstations like Kodaikanal,Ooty,Munnar,manglure, Chikmagalur and this list continues further *.prefer your own car with driver or self, instead of a cab I just checked checked online and found that the best deals compared to all others are available at tripoto itself ,do check out this link https://www.tripoto.com/coorg/tour-packages HAPPY TRAVELS

If you are planning in Monsoon, then its a big NO now. Same goes with Manali as fresh Landslide happened. If you are going post monsoon, then you have Prashar Lake trek, Bhirgu Lake, Triund, Bijli Mahadev

*You gonna enjoy huge foggy weather and cold this time .Sunrise will be late and sunset will be early and what's better than enjoying the sunrise with such an cold weather.(don't delay your plans since weather conditions are unpredictable nowadays) *it's not at all preferable to visit coorgs and chimaglaur side in summers because weather Is too hot there and in the case of monsoon ,most of the time there are floody and landslide conditions . *That will be great if you travel there as a road trip insted of flights and trains ,this route is already famous for Amazing views and safety it offers and the people are really so hospitable that you surely gonna not forget it . *if you are planning to visit there ,I would like to suggest you tripoto itself . checked all other sites but the best deals were here .please do check this link https://www.tripoto.com/Coorg/tour-packages HAPPY TRAVELLING 🙂

Somehow, I never prefer travelling via partners, be in India or International. Its a human tendency to cheat people. If you still want to go via partners as you get rid of all hassle, book from known ones where you can read real reviews. Makemytrip, CoxandKings etc.

Goa is closest option and during those days, there is monsoon blast event happening. Vagator, Anjuna and the beaches in North Goa are fine to travel too
