Only tribe members can answer thisBest time to visit Kinnaur is between April to June while January to March is an ideal time to visit reckong peo. Summers are ideal time to visit Chitkul. Coming to road condition from Shimla, snowfall is predicted from December mid. Still if you are planning to drive, kindly double check the weather before travelling.
