Ever since I was a teenager, I've kept a list of places that i always want to visit. As i grow older, my bucket list has increased, but the top 5 remain to be constant through out.

In my recent trip I covered my top 5 bucket list items. The amount of satisfaction I do have now is unmatched. As if I climbed mount Everest (which was not in my bucket list thankfully lol).

So here are my top 5 bucket list items:

1. The Giza pyramid in Egypt

As I stood there, lost in the moment, I realized that seeing the Pyramids of Giza was more than just a tourist experience. It was a connection to something greater. I was overwhelmed by the power of history, the magnificence of human achievement, and the timeless mystery of the pyramids. It was a moment of pure awe—one that I’ll carry with me forever.

Is this for real?

2. The Dead sea, Jordan

The moment I arrived at the Dead Sea, I could feel the air change. It wasn’t just the dry desert heat. There was something almost mystical about this place. Known for its high salt content, therapeutic mud, and the fact that it’s one of the lowest points on Earth, the Dead Sea offers an experience like no other. But it wasn’t until I dipped my feet into the water and effortlessly floated on the surface that I truly understood why this natural wonder is so special. And the mud, OMG, my skin felt softer and smoother than it had in years. There’s no denying that the minerals in the mud left my skin feeling rejuvenated.

Overall, Dead Sea offers something that no other destination can. It’s an experience you have to feel to truly appreciate.

I'm reading a Magazine lol

3. Stay in Mars, Wadi rum

Staying in Wadi Rum is an experience that will stay with you long after you leave. Whether you’re marveling at the Martian-like landscape, floating under a blanket of stars, or connecting with the desert’s deep-rooted culture, Wadi Rum offers a rare opportunity to step into another world—one where adventure, serenity, and history come together.

If you ever dream of walking on Mars, Wadi Rum is the closest place you’ll find on Earth.

4. Petra treasury, Aman

Known as the "Rose City" because of the color of the stone from which it’s carved, Petra is one of the most extraordinary historical sites I’ve ever visited. The moment I turned the corner and saw the Petra Treasury for the first time, I was speechless. It was my dream to visit Petra and I am still mesmerized by it. It's one of the seven wonders of the world. Walking through the canyon is an experience in itself, those huge rocks narrow passage. Wow!! The moment the Treasury reveals itself to you is a memory you will treasure for the rest of your life.

A timeless wonder

5. Exploring Mummies, Egypt

Every mummy tells a story—whether it’s the tale of a powerful pharaoh, a beloved queen, or an everyday person. Each preserved body is a key to unlocking the mysteries of one of the world’s most influential ancient civilizations. Exploring mummies in Egypt is more than just looking at preserved bodies in glass cases. It’s a chance to connect with the people of an ancient world and understand their beliefs, rituals, and reverence for the afterlife. Whether it’s standing before the mummy of Tutankhamun in the Egyptian Museum, or gazing at the tombs in the Valley of the Kings, the world of mummies is one of intrigue, history, and mystery.
