So here's my last trip before our means went down,
We started it from meerut to Chandigarh cantonment railway station and it was around one in the noon when we checked in .
Next day we headed to Shimla with Parvanu as our first stop. Personally I'll suggest to drop your vehicle in Parvanu and then continue rest of the journey from with public transport i.e buses or you can go for a taxi as well .the reason behind is as we move towards Shimla the roads become steep .
Day two was rainy (most of it) so we decided not to pamper and stay in the hotel and enjoy the view from balcony it was mesmerizing as well tough there was no sight seeing and the weather was flushed with clouds.
Next day as we already kind of wasted one day we decided to go for an easy treck to the old barog tunnel. Because of rain all trails were visible and season showers were at their peak.
It took us roughy 2.5 hours to complete the treck including lunch and sight seeing but the view from tunnel was all worthy.
Day four was kind of Adventure within.
We decided to go solan by you train with all mist running over my face I never felt so alive back ever.
For lunch we had momos and cucurbit dipped in vinegar.
Then we headed for shoolni temple dedicated to godess shoolni.
For day five we headed to Dagshai where we witnessed some insane cloud moments though they were not the only reason we were in Dagshai. We were basically hunting for a wild berry named rasaut that vegitate in the region. Tough we failed but we found may varieties of pomegranate and walnuts that we carried back to our hotel.
For sixth and seventh day as per plan we explored old Shimla including mall road ,lakkad Bazaar and finally the rig. Normally one can easily witness snow peaks from Rig but because of heavy rain and clouds the plan went in vain in place we witnessed the beauty of lakkad Bazaar.
So finally we were at the edge of this trip with carts full of memories bagged within us .
On the last day we visited jahkhu mandir dedicated to Hanuman ji. With a long rope way the ending of this mesmerizing journey will always have a special corner in our hearts forever
