McLeodganj is the hub of all the travellers across the world but there is so much to do in the place that one cannot get enough of it in one visit. But you need to visit the following places when you are in Mc Leodganj.
Since I'm a budget traveller but I actually tried out one of the restaurants of a place in order to give my reviews to my readers. As you know my Dharamshala trip was a duo trip with my friend Arundhati Sharma, so in this post, I will be talking about Carpe Diem and German Bakery, two really good food outlets we tried in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh and about Raj Jewellary, from where we bought some pretty accessories.
1. German Bakery
Oh finally I got to taste Avacado, all thanks to German Bakery. We had Avacado shake and Avacado salad along with Jahnoon, an Israeli dish served with bread, boiled egg and two sauces - mint & tomato. It's a very chilled out place and prices are normal. Not very cheap but it is a must try if you want to try Israeli, Greek or Thai food. I am in love with the place to be honest. There are two branches of the bakery, one in Bhagsu and one in Mcleodganj.
2. Carpe Diem
A small shop, just before German Bakery, where we met this humble woman named Soni and her cute baby later joined by Raj, her husband. The couple sells hand made jewellary and not only sell, but also teaches to make it. There are plenty of shops ahead where one can learn to make jewellery but we came across them and are grateful for it. I bought two earrings which were Rs. 100/- each and Arundhati bought two necklaces and a bracelet which costed her Rs. 400/-. The accessories were really beautiful so we couldn't help ourself from buying them.
3. Raj Jewellery

Rest about the jewellery making classes, soon Arundhati, my friend, will taking them and may be then we can describe you her experience through a blog or a video. So keep looking for this space for more such adventures.
