Day 1

This is my first solo trip, So I planned to explore some offbeat places of Himachal. I go through the internet and I found one place Sainj Valley. I read many articles and I can tell you, this is the perfect offbeat place to explore specially for solo travellers.
Located in the foothills of Himalayas Sainj Valley is the perfect destination for finding peace.
It is 11 km away from AUT tunnel. I took a overnight Manali bus from Delhi ISBT. The bus took 11 hours before reaching AUT tunnel. From AUT tunnel I took a HRTC government bus to Sainj Valley. The bus comes in every 15 minutes.
The bus took half an hour before reaching Sainj market, the main center of Sainj Valley.
There are many beautiful Homestays available in the Sainj Valley. I read many articles and the one homestay I found is Astha Homestays. From Sainj market I took a Cab to Sainj Valley. I reached by 1 PM as tired I took some rest and with Mahipal Bhai, the owner of Astha Homestays I explore some nearby beauty. That's all for day one.

Day 2

The next morning I woke up early as I am very excited to explore more places nearby. I was wait for Sunrise and the best thing of this homestay is you don't have to go anywhere for sunrise, the sun will rise just outside your door. It was the most beautiful and pleasant morning I ever witnessed so far.
After this I have my delicious breakfast of Aloo paratha with chai. The hospitality of Mahipal Bhai was just beyond my expectation. He took care of me as one of their own family member. His father also guide me about the place and told me many interesting facts about the place which you will not get on Internet. This family is the perfect host for me in terms of food, hospitality everything.
I also visited Dadu's cafe which is very popular for enjoying the view of the whole valley. There are many interesting facts about the valley like the population of whole valley is of 200 people, popular for it's herbs in old days now banned by the government as this place comes under forest department of Himachal.
This was one of the great experience of my life. As a solo traveller explore the place which many people did not know about. The place where I was the only tourist. From visiting beautiful greenery fields to experiencing first time snowfall. This is the 10/10 trip for me.
The one thing every traveller should care is to be responsible and don't polluted the place. Avoid using plastic and collect your snacks packets at one place and bring all that with you and dump it in your house dustmin.
