Since we have completed more than 45 days of Lockdown in India, we are all now accustomed to it. Lots of video calls with friends & family, pictures of cooked food on social media, stories of games on Instagram and Netflix & chill no more excite us.

While we are emphasizing on eating the rite food in order to boost our immunity, we are always busy in our kitchens sweety and tiring. Yes food does play in important role in boosting our immunity but there are other aspects to this parameter too. Meditation, exercise, talking to loved ones, expressing our sorrows which we have been holding for so long or may be expressing love to that particular person also contributes to our immunity.

1. Learn to Express and not to Impress!

I tried this little activity last week.

Since the panic of covid-19 was increasing Day by day, I thought about spreading some gratitude. I made a note of people who have helped and supported me during recent times. I wrote Thank you post cards to each of them stating their good deeds in detail and thanking them for it. And trust me, all those people texted me that they cried after reading it. They called me happily stating that they would be their forever.

2. Poetry of Nature is never dead!

Be it during cozy garden restaurant dates or Scorching summer afternoon. whenever we look at those wonderful green coloured plant we take a vow to plant them in our garden but ultimately fail to do that. No time rite! What about now? I am not saying to plant more greenery in your Backyard but atleast water them. No matter what we all have Tulsi plant at our home rite. Just water it and for a minute or two experience the coolness your eyes will feel with that green colour after observing that screen for atleast 10-12 hours during lockdown.

3. A way to everybody's heart (Especially Indians) is through food!

All the Instagram stories are full with those fancy recipes, rite? But you don't need to try them all. Its summer out there. You should be using minimum fruits and vegetables. Restoring groceries stock too. My piece of advice is Cook simple. Learn to love the food you cook. Opt for different variations but please don't eat till you drop because you aren't hitting the gym any more.

4. Feel the Music of life

Lat but not the least just be you! Don't keep on scrolling Instagram stories, Don't fill your mind with those unnecessary webinars. stop calling every other friend. Its the time for us to sit back, Relax and simply enjoy being alive!
