Tokyo Central Station - Marunouchi side.
The area in front of Tokyo Central Station is called Marunouchi. The area was once entirely owned by the Mitsubishi Group which is one of the "zaibatsu" in Japan. Even now most buildings are owned by Mitsubishi. The Imperial Palace is quite near there and sometimes you see a number of people going to the imperial palace when there is some kind of an event there.
