Some tips/suggestions:

* The mentioned places in Day 1 are in and around Kushal Nagar which is on the way to Madikeri from Mysore, so you could cover them easily before reaching Madikeri

* For Mandalapatti peak, as there is an off road to reach peak you definitely need to hire a jeep which costs you around INR 2000 per jeep which can accommodate maximum of 6-7 people

* Carry hand cash for hassle free transactions and inform your whereabouts to respected ones as the network is weak in some places

* Beware of leeches during monsoons especially

* Best time to visit: Monsoons and Winters (so carry your monsoon/winter wear and footwear accordingly)

* Coorg is place to relax and chill, so don't rush in seeing places instead book a great stay and have your sweet Me/Family/Friends time as well
