The plan was a sudden one and to get out of our routine life from a busy work schedule. So we checked for Zoomcar and Drivezy as we wanted to have it as a road trip. We decided to go with Drivezy as it was affordable and had the vehicle we wanted. Also, as we have done many road trips, Drivezy has the latest car models available, not too old with pending servicing like the Zoomcar offers. It is a 6-7 hour drive that we started at midnight, and were there in the morning with the breathtaking view of the ocean.
At Anjarle we lived at a homestay of Mr. Petkar's, comes under Murdi Village (besides Anjarle). The homestay and cuisine provided were very affordable. We just confirmed our stay on a call days before we went there, and all the arrangements were made by him. Google maps were accurate to the place. You can contact Mr. Petkar According to the taste you love, he can make a veg or nonveg thali. Also, the specialty that one must try is the Paplet Fry (Pomfret Fry).
Mr. Petkar can also guide you through the nearby tourist attractions such as Kadyawaril Shri Ganapati Mandir and Harnai Sunset View Point. This will save you much time to cover more spots in a day, and at night you can have time chilling in Vharanda of the house.
So to summarize the experience, it is a perfect gateway from city life on weekends. If you do not care about covering many spots in a rush or the instagrammable places but do care more about a place to get relaxed with nature surrounded by, chilling out with your mates, feeling the soothing breeze of the ocean. Everything is set on a single call and you get there without worrying about finding a good and affordable hotel.
