Day 1

Land early morning in Hong Kong and take a direct ferry from Hong Kong airport to Macau (you don't need a Hong Kong Visa, if you are directly taking the ferry from airport, unless you want to visit HK too)

Stay at Ultra luxurious resorts hoping you'd win big in the casinos (I stayed at the Venetian, which turned out lucky)

Not much do to in Macau if you are not into Casinos, explore the resorts and try your hand at different casinos, you'll get lucky at least in one. Enjoy the day getting amazed by man made structures and dining on exquisite food

Day 1 we visited Venetian, Parisian, City of dreams. You can add in Galaxy if you have time. At night we ventured to the other island where we went to Grand Lisboa and the chilled besides the riverfront in between Grand Lisboa and MGM macau. There is one photo for this day, the place you can go if you are up for some thrill

Day 2

After a long first day we started our second day around noon exploring Venetian, the hotel is so huge even if you explore it for 2 days you are sure to miss out on things. Go to the golf level, it has got some great views. Of course you will go to the canals and play some chips at the casino.

We again started on a casino crawl going to MGM (on the same island), Wynn (where we actually won big)  and City of dreams (not very lucky for us) and then we took off to see the St. Paul's church ruins, at least one thing you should definitely do in Macau. Go to the very top of the hill around St. Paul's. Gives a splendid view of the entire city. Enjoy a spa or more back at hotel if or not you have won at the casino

Day 3

Take any ferry back to Hong Kong, you have plenty of options with a ferry leaving every 30 mins. Lot many things to do in Hong Kong compared to Macau. We started our day again very late reaching Hong Kong around 2pm, the ferry is an hour long. Went to Man Mo temple which was Instagram worthy.  Hit the Peak tram in the evening so you get to see Hong Kong in bright day light, sunset and night. Keep in mind the queue here for both going up and down can last from anywhere between 30-60 minutes. If you like partying hit LPK (you can actually walk from the tram), it is a must do place if you want to party Hong Kong style. One street with lots of pubs with pop song and chairs right to the street. We drank till 3am

Day 4

Had to take flight out in the evening so started the day early at 7am. Went straight to 10,000 Buddha's which was a bit hype and lot of stairs to take. Especially with my bagpack we took a pass on the climb. Then we hit the Nan Lian Garden which was all worth it. An oasis of calm in between hustling city, do try the bun Momo's here, they are the same one Po has in Kung Fu Panda and they were super tasty (my mouth is getting watery just on the thought of it). Post here we walked to the avenue of stars which had a good view of the sea and Hong Kong Skyline (way better than Hollywood walk of Fame, LA, USA, which is boring with no scenic view) Had to leave the airport early otherwise was keen to go to the Giant Buddha
