Why it is called Nikhara Misal:
This particular misal is made in an earthen pot. They add all the ingredients including chopped onions, farsan, coriander and charred coal with some ghee. Ghee is mixed to give it a smoky flavour. It is then covered for few minutes to penetrate the smoke.
