The capital of Arunachal Pradesh is a charming little city called Itanagar. It is easily accessible through various modes of transport and offers tons of places to see in and around it. Some of the most famous tourist destinations include the Ita Fort (fort of bricks), Ganga Lake, Jawaharlal Nehru Museum and Buddha Vihar. Also, there are a lot of other touristy places in Arunachal that can be accessed from Itanagar such as Bomdila and New Palin. Itanagar focuses a great deal on the cultural heritage of the tribes that live here.
