Ghepan Ghat hike is located in Himachal Pradesh’s Lahaul area. The walk begins in the tiny village of Sissu, which is located on the Manali-Leh route.

Ghepan Ghat is a calm neon-blue glacier lake located in a beautiful valley at a high height of 4,140 m, even away from local guides.

The route follows a rushing river, providing panoramic views of snow-capped hills and a valley bursting with lush wildflowers.

The Ghepan Ghat hike is of intermediate difficulty; the rocky track is unmarked and naturally attractive, with challenging but delightful river crossings.

The sacred Ghepan peak may be viewed during the journey, overlooking the valley and the charming hamlet of Sissu.

The Ghepan Ghat Lake is breathtakingly gorgeous, with its neon-blue colour and icebergs floating on its surface that are a visual feast for the eyes.
