Sky Diving

There are adventure activities and then there is Sky Diving. Nothing is remotely comparable to jumping out of a plane at more than 15,000 feet, and parachuting to the ground. It represents freedom in the most raw form. Some would even say, it has the potential to change your life. There is only one way to find out. Here are seven reasons why the value of skydiving cannot be counted in dollars and rupees.

1: Because You Will Understand Blind Trust

Your life will be in the hands of a guide you have never seen before, who probably doesn't speak your language. Hold on to him/her for dear life.

2: Because You Will See How Small the World Really is

The view from the open sky is quite exquisite. Everything falls in place, trust me!

3: Because You Will be Free As a Bird

They say that a man's greatest dream is flight.  For a brief time in the sky, you will live that dream.

4: Because Your Fears Will Fall From the Sky

Everybody who  jumps out of a plane is scared but once you have skydived, what is going to stop or scare you in life.

5: Because This is the Real Deal

There are no digital (facebook/Twitter) equivalent to sky diving. Either you fall from the sky or you don't.

6: Because You Can Scream Your Lungs Out

No one will think you are crazy for screaming out loud at 1,000 feet. Anything goes!

7: Because You Will Figure Out Your Priorities

Up in the air you realise what matters the most, be it personal or professional life. If you have a big decision to make in life, go for a dive and you will understand where your priorities lie.

I would reccomend sky diving in Interlaken (Switzerland), Everest (Nepal) and Fox Glacier (New Zealand). If you are looking for destinations closer home then Mysore (Karnataka), Dhana (Madhya Pradesh) and Deesa (Gujarat) are the places to check out. Drop a line below about your adventures.
