Traveling solo, all on your own, just you and your backpack and an unknown place. As scary as it sounds it is equally a beautiful experience. Solo travel is often misunderstood for just going to places with your head phones on with some music. It's more like what destiny has planned for you. It's you who needs to take that one step which is to step out of the front door without giving a second thought.
Yes, you would be alone on the road at times but not lonely and that's what makes the traveling solo a great catch. You can go WHEREVER you want, do WHATEVER you want, and WHENEVER you want. Solo travel gives you that freedom and let me warn you, that freedom is addictive. It changes the way you look at life.
Solo travel is the self love one needs to understand to cherish this beautiful adventure called life. There would come a time when you would wanna just pack your bags and book that last minute flight, oh wait! but your friends have got some deadlines or their leaves are not approved yet or they have got strict parents or something else, leaving you even more frustrated than ever.
This dependency is far more worse than going solo for a soul who just wants to travel. Instead of being worried while planning the trip, about a phone call that goes "Hey man, sorry i can't make it, you guys carry on." just go by yourself. Don't let others stop you from doing what you love. Go solo, meet some new people maybe at a backpacker's hostels from different culture and background, learn some new stuff, listen to their stories and embrace the thrill of traveling solo.
