In year 2015 we marked off Mount Abu and Mewar from the Travel list. A big thanks to my big girls, who made it true.
Mount Abu which is situated on Aravali Parvat, is as pleasant as our other hill stations of Maharashtra i.e. Mahabaleshwar, Lonavla and Matheran. Geographically quite different from our, the great Sahyadri range. No doubt it will remind you, your geography textbook - describing mountains, soil, stones etc.
The next day on chittorgarh Fort made us proud on our great Indian art and architecture, engineering skill of great constructors, and prudence of the great kings. Now only reins are remained because of the attacks of the invaders, but thanks to the government. The state of the fort is far better than that of Forts of Maharashtra. All the tourist spots are inside the fort, no doubt you need whole day to explore it.
The third day at Udaipur kept me mesmerised. Omg! The cleanliness of the city made me doubt that whether I am in India or in foreign country. The girl who has seen the condition of the Mithi river and Bandra Creek, off course it was surprising to see her the lakes without any garbage in it. A well planned city of Udaipur left me mouth opened. Here you will tempt to use the Panorama function of your camera. City looks so beautiful from the heights unlike Mumbai slums which displays ugly side Of Mumbai from the flight.
Well in spite of this, it was quite adventurous, tested our planning skill and raised our confidence level too.
Finally big thanks to the Almighty God, and also the readers for reading. 🙏
