While nationals from 110 countries still require a visa, clarity is readily available. 1. Interested individuals can check the list of exempted countries and visa requirements on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs official website.

2. Alternatively, a quick visit to the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Ports Security, and Customs (ICP) can provide the necessary information.

3. For Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) citizens, the journey is smoother—no visa or sponsorship is needed. Simply present a GCC state passport or an identity card upon arrival at UAE ports of entry.

Handy Tips for Visa-Exempt Nationalities

Eligible adventurers can secure a 30-day entry visa upon arrival, with a 10-day grace period.

Some lucky citizens from select countries can even enjoy a 90-day visa upon arrival, making UAE travel a breeze!

For those not exempt from visa requirements, fear not—a sponsor’s embrace awaits. Individuals needing prior visa arrangements must secure an entry permit issued by a sponsor before arriving in the UAE.
